For the first time in its history, the National Theatre of Greece now has two locations selling items celebrating its long artistic tradition and productions.

At the Shops on the first floor of the Ziller Building and the ground floor of the Rex Theatre you can find gifts inspired by the world of the theatre and the work of some of the great artists who have been associated with the NTG over the years.

Discover new and original gift ideas, many of them drawing on the 100-year history of the NTG, including: 

•     Designer items featuring drawings, images and photographs from major productions both past and present. 
•    Bags, hats and jewellery all made here at the NTG or inspired by the work of artists who have designed costumes for our productions.
•     Playtexts and programmes from NTG productions; Greek and foreign plays; essays, studies and coffee-table albums; as well as our special selection of children’s books.
•     Objects jewellery and books inspired by the world of the stage and marking a new relationship between the NTG and its audience.  A relationship that continues even when the curtain falls. 

 

Opening Hours

The National Theatre's shop operate online and at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus during the summer season. Any online order pickups are made by appointment from the Tsiller Building.
