She was born and raised in Athens. She is a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and an honors graduate of the Drama School of the National Theatre of Greece (2018). Since 2018, she has worked as an actress and assistant director with directors Akilas Karazisis, Manos Vavadakis, Maria Savvidou, Vasilis Kalfakis, Dimitra Dermitzaki, and Eirini Fanarioti. In cinema, she has appeared in the films Eftyhia, The Man of God, and Pantotini. She is also involved in singing and holds a professional degree in Latin dance.
